Errors I keep getting that Google is of no help

Okay, first of all I just learned about this emulator 2 days ago, and have been trying to learn how to use it. I can't find any troubleshooting guides or any clear answers for a person like me who knows nothing about how to use any Dreamcast emulator.

I downloaded it from this site:
http://code.google.com/p/nulldc/downloads/list
V1.0.4, NOT the Naomi one.
I've also placed the 2 bios files in the data folder:
dc_boot.bin
dc_flash.bin

Second my system specs:
Windows XP Media Center...

Errors I keep getting that Google is of no help
