nullDC Loading Wrong Game

Hey all,

I've only been using nullDC for a couple of days now and I'm loving it so far!

There's only one problem that stops me from fully enjoying it as of today.

Every time I try to play Street Fighter 3: Double Impact in the emulator, it will load up Power Stone instead. I've even deleted Power Stone out of my roms folder and the problem still occurs. I even got the gdi Power Stone file, deleted it through the recycle bin, but it still loads Power Stone.

How can I play any game I want...

Hey All,

So I'm fairly certain this is a common-problem that has been solved in numerous ways, but after hours of searching forums/the general web and trying a plethora of solutions I'm still getting the problem, so I figured I would see if anyone here has any other ideas.

I'm trying to play "Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future" after my Dreamcast ran outta steam on nullDC and cannot get the game to run as a Dreamcast game; constantly getting the "Please insert game disc" message....

Trying to run JSR but it asks me for a disk

When I load the file of Jet Set Radio it gets me to a screen where I can chose play and then it keeps asking me to insert a cd..

I'm getting this problem when i'm trying to start up this emulator

and i've removed the .bin from the files and renamed other file to DC_boot yet i still get the message.

I downloaded both Chankast and NullDC and I heard NullDC's performance boosts with Chankast's audio plugin or something and I don't know how people got the Chankast plugin for NullDC, please help?

I am using vista 32 bit and I keep getting this unhandled exception while initing image reader plugin when I try to load the image, does anyone know how to fix this???

Hey. so I have been having a problem with the image reader. so I go to file, normal boot, and then no disk and all it says is "Unhandled exeption while initing nullextdev (June 20 2010) plugin". I've been having this problem for a while. Can someone help me?

P.S. I'm running nullDC v1.0.4 and none of my emulators work. .__.

UPDATE its working now. I changed it to another drive and it started working

PuruPuru Crashes My NullDC

Hello Forum, I am having issues with PuruPuru and NullDC. If I remove the plugin NullDC works but if I have the plugin it will just crash right at startup. Does anyone know of a solution on how I can fix this? Would really like to get purupuru working just because it handles the gamepads better.

My system is a brand new Alienware Laptop with Intel i7, 12 gigs of ram, 675m gtx, and windows 7 64 bit.

PuruPuru not showing as plugin on Nulldc

Hello all!

I have been poking at this for the past week but still no luck!

Im using nulldc-1.0.4r136. It worked fine on the same machine until I formatted my disk.

I used PuruPuru for using my gamepad but not its not showing up under plugin selection anymore. The file is inside the plugin folder but its not recognizing it.

The latest version of DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable are installed as well.

Please help!!

I know this has been said once, but only as a comment in a big thread, and I've just update the wine page with a howto.

It's as easy to install nullDC in Linux with wine as it is in Windows XP : just follow the howto on wine nullDC page. And there's a bonus : fullscreen to desktop switching without having to restart the emulator !

Feel free to ask questions in this thread if you can't make it...

Hello, everyone. Looking for some advice. I am trying to use two Steam controllers to play DC games using NullDC streamed over a Steam Link. It is almost working perfectly, except for one problem: the analog stick registers movement even when I am not touching it, making menus unusable (the cursor is constantly moving).

Here is my setup:
Game system, Win 10 running Steam and NullDC 104_r136
Streaming to Steam Link
Controlling with two genuine Steam controllers
Have tried Crazy Tazi and...

Hey there. Up until now, I have been using 1.0.3 to play Shenmue and all was good. Clean sound and graphics all in sync. However, after upgrading to 1.0.4 and reapplying my settings, the game slows every now and then and the audio crackles. It quickly recovers back to full speed, but it happens every 5 seconds or so. It's pretty annoying. Also another example, on the previous version of NullDC, the intro scene of Shenmue II with the ship sailing was fine. Now, the game slows down and...

Help for Toukon Retsuden 4

It's about a year I'm trying to play Toukon Retsuden 4; today, I've finally been able to start it but, during the matches, the wrestlers suffers strange rotations of their limb and heads.
I've googled about it and I found that I have to disable the dynarec; unfortunately, when I do that, the problem is solved but the game dramatically slows.
Can someone help me, please?

hello guys and girls i have a problem i want to share. when trying to configure the keys for nulldc it stops responding and crashes i would like to know if any of you know how i can fix this issue its been keeping up for days and i really wanna play some dreamcast.
